How Pressure Washing Aurora Works

Pressure Washing Aurora cleans houses, driveways, patios, decks, fences, roofs, gutters and commercial properties in Aurora and across the Denver metro area, from Brighton and Thornton in the north to Castle Rock and Elizabeth in the south.

Every job starts with a look at the surfaces. Vinyl, stucco, painted wood, brick, concrete and asphalt shingles each call for a different method, and the wrong pressure on the wrong surface can strip paint, scar wood or knock granules off a roof. We decide on the method surface by surface: low-pressure soft washing with a cleaning solution for siding and roofs, and higher pressure with a surface cleaner for concrete.

We also plan where the water goes. Aurora's city code makes it unlawful to let anything other than stormwater, including detergents, dirt and sediment, reach the storm drainage system, and many neighboring cities have similar rules, as their codes read. Water-use limits are a separate question: they are set by your water provider, such as Aurora Water or Denver Water, not always by your city, and they can restrict power washing during a drought. Before we start, we look at where your driveway and gutters drain and how we will keep wash water out of the street and the storm inlets.

After the visit you get a written quote that lists each surface, the method and the price. Nothing starts until you approve it, and any change in scope is agreed with you in writing first.

How we work

  • Low pressure only on asphalt shingles, painted siding and soft wood.
  • Loose debris is swept or blown off first, so less water is needed.
  • Wash water is kept out of the gutter, the street and storm drains.
  • Plants, windows and fixtures are protected before cleaning solutions go on.
  • We check your water provider's current drought rules before scheduling.
  • Payment only for work you approved in writing.
